المكونات صدور الدجاج 1 كيلو جزر 280 غرام بصل 200 غرام فطر 155 عرام زيت نباتي للقلي مرقة دجاج 1 ليتر نشاء الذرة ( كورن فلور ) 3.1/2 إلى 4 ملعقة صغيرة كريمة طبخ ربع كوب ملح حسب الرغبة فلفل أبيض ربع معلقة Ingredients Chicken breast 1 kg Carrots 280 gr Onion 200 gr Mushroom 155 gr Vegetable oil for pan searing Chicken stock 1 liter Cornstarch (Corn Flour) 3.1 / 2 to 4 tsp Cooking cream 1/4 cup Salt, to taste White pepper 1/4 tsp Cooking Instruction: prepare the ingredients before we start Cut the chicken into squares and season with salt only Chop the carrots, mushrooms and onions if the small onions are not available In a preheated pot , put the vegetable oil then Add the chicken cubes in batches and pan sear them until golden brown. In the same pot , pansear the onions, carrots, and mushrooms, one after the other, season it with salt , add a little oil whenever needed. Do not add too much oil so that we do not get too much oil in the sauce. Add the chicken cubes and then the chicken stock and cook them on medium heat. It takes about 13 to 15 minutes add corn flour dissolved in water with constant stirring to thicken the consistency of the sauce. After it boils and the consistency becomes suitable, add the cream. When it boils, turn off the heat and the dish becomes ready to serve It can be served with rice.
