Quick and easy recipe for flavorful Methi Malai Paneer. Made with Fenugreek leaves and Paneer, along with a combination of rich Indian spices, it is creamy and mouth melting. A great alternative to the usual Kadhai Paneer or Shahi Paneer, we eat in restaurants. It goes with normal chapati, naan or kulcha.

400 gm grated Paneer
3-4 medium size thinly sliced Onion
2 medium size chopped Tomatoes
40 gms Fenugreek leaves
3/4 cup Fresh Cream
1/4 cup Olive Oil/Butter
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
Salt to taste
1.5 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1.5 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Sugar
3 tsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp Kasuri Methi
This recipe serves 5-6 people.
