    @MrScout158 years ago This is interesting... I did keto for the 1st time 2yrs ago. I was good for about a month or two then started "cheating" a little on the weekend. Even so, I would continue to lose weight. ?? I wondered why... later I think I realized I was sort of carb cycling and didn't realize it. I'm now staring keto again because I totally gained a lot of the weight back again the last yr or so. Ugh!!! But I'll learn to really appreciate the fat loss that I experienced before and hopefully not sabotage myself again. ... 8

    @beautybybecca18438 years ago I love learning from you . I have been struggling with hormone imbalances and under active thyroid for about three years. I am on day 14 of low carb fairly high fat and moderate protein diet. I also in my second week of working out three days a week. I plan to work out more as I get into better shape. Thanks for all your help. I also practice intermittent fasting. I still seem to have a vary hard time loosing weight. The last time I did this without the working out for four months straight and only lost six pounds. I need to loose around forty pounds although I have become so discouraged in loosing weight that I am trying to be content with just feeling better. I do feel a lot better after two weeks of better eating and exercising.thanks for all your help. ... 3

    For those yelling for everyone to go vegan...that way of life may be just the thing for some but there is no one size fits all diet and I think its far better to listen to what your body is telling you than living with something that doesn't work for you. Life is too short.

    @richardgarcia21098 years ago So Ina a big guy started at 365 down 295 counting calories hit a plateau started keto to break it now at 272 after 6 weeks strict keto not a stitch over 30 grams a carbs. The weight loss is def slowing down and overall strength is decreasing on heavy lift days. Would these meals be effective for my body style? 6 foot 272 more on the athletic side. I just don't want to knock myself out of ketosis. I have felt so good these six weeks with the exception of accidentally eating some msg. ... 1

Yesterday I went craazy with carbs at night, like really, (the paleo ones) my period is now three weeks late, my insomnia is crazy, and yesterday I was feeling like crap all day, (i've been strict keto for about 2 months and some days) but strange thing is even thoug I had all these carbs yesterday didn't gave me a headache or something, I went to bed like a baby and apparently woke up in a better mood. But now im a bit scared that my ketones are gone! :( I still don't understand very much this carb ups :( Oh yes, and I used to have bulimia, so it kinda makes me a bit scared eating all of these carbs... ...

My 2nd month of disrupted menstrual cycle has confirmed that 20g carb per day is not working out for me :( I'll need to increased my carb. I hope I can go max 50g carb and balancing my hormone once again. Also, hope I'll still be on fat burning /keto mode despite increasing my carb intake. ...

I'm afraid it'll increase my insulin levels (which is exactly what I DO NOT want). I've been on keto for about 3-4 months but this last month I've been dealing with a lot of fatigue and foggy headedness and am wondering if carb ups would help, but I'm terrified of raising my insulin levels. ... 2

    @dashamays69178 years ago so i never do grains, and my protein is pretty much eggs.... and walnuts or almonds....or a coconut.. how much can i consume on that.. i barely do fish...but i've been anorexic for a whiiiiile... so idk what the fuck im doing.. although i am doing some pretty good head way. my muscles are developing FINALLY!! 2 to 3 days on thie "diet" although i'm not sure if i'm doing it right, i love my eggs. i do salads a lot... any suggestions. i don't want to do animal products, ill do ghee... but other than that iwant plant based/sea food. ...

    @Molliefreya7 years ago Hi! I just wanted to drop by and say thank you for your videos, I really appriciate them. I have just started keto a week ago and so far am doing really good. I only had the 'keto flu' for one day, and then a few hours the next couple of days.
    I could definitly see myself doing a keto diet for most of the time however, I must admit, there's no way I could go forever and never eat a pasta dish or a burger once and a while. If I do decide that I want to go off and eat some 'bad carbs' how would you recommend me doing so? Would it be okay to do like a carb-night every two weeks and then staying keto for the remainder of time?

    @MJ623NY8 years ago You didn't explain this very well, and provide no science tp back up your claims. I think this video is contradicting keto science and you're confusing people. Many people go for years with very low carb intake and are fine, and are able to build muscle, etc. I
    can see some extra carbs sometimes for women during cyles but doing a
    carb up weekly or daily? it's simply not ketogenic, so don't claim you're doing ketogenic or mislead people who are trying to do ketogenic and are already confused enough.
