Onion chutney | ఉల్లిపాయ పచ్చడి | Super Side Dish for idly,dosa and Rice
Ingredients
Oi - 4 to 5 Tsp
Urad Dal - 1 tsp
Chana Dal - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
red chillies - 6 to 7
Onions - 2
Tamarind - 20 gms
Salt -required

Cooking process
Add a 2 tsp cooking oil in to pan.Once the oil heated add Urad dal,chana dal,cumin seeds and saute well.Add red chillies.Roast in low flame & cool down.
In the same pan add 2 chopped onions.Add 1 tsp oil and saute well.Fry well ti raw smell goes.Next add tamarind roast in low flame for 5 mins.Take one mixy jar and add red chillies,urad dal,chana dal,cumin seeds and fine powder.Then add fried onions & tamarind &salt blend fine paste.
Add a 2 tsp cooking oilin to pan.Once the oil heated add popu/tadka ingredients .chopped garlic,curry leaves and mix well in the chetney.
Onion chetney is ready to serve & enjoy.
