TF2 Sniper more realisticer reload

redid the sniper reload animation. its super absolute realism you guys on a... serious-ish note, workin on the other weapon's reloads such as the scatter gun, sticky launcher and what have ya ;) (no it's not gonna be nonsense like this one.)
