Oven Baked Cheesy Potato Croquettes

These oven-baked cheesy potato croquettes are sooo ADDICTIVE! Crispy bites of mashed potato with oozy, melted cheddar cheese in the middle, covered in crunchy breadcrumbs. I think I could eat 50 of them... Full recipe inc hints and tips here: https://www.kitchensanctuary.com/baked-cheesy-potato-croquettes/ Oven Temp: 200c (400f) Ingredients: Around 450g (2 cups) leftover mashed potato - chilled 10 x 1.5cm cubes strong cheddar 1 egg - lightly whisked 90 g plain/all-purpose flour - you can use gluten-free all-purpose if required 1/4 tsp each of salt and pepper 100 g panko breadcrumbs - use grated gluten-free bread if required 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1 tbsp vegetable oil #PartyFood #Appetizers #CookingShow

    @theroadhome_Liz_Summers3 years ago I made aversion this morning. I had mashed sweet potato (no seasoning, just boiled and mashed) stuffed with a bit of ham, cheddar, kale. I think the key is adding oil to the breadcrumbs which helps them crisp and brown in the oven. At any rate, easy and delicious - thank you, nicki!. ...Expand 2

    i made the roasted veggies soup which was delicious the shepherds pie & next i want to try ur chicken wings. Amp; the sauces.
