If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to make fried rice and Chilly Chicken , this recipe will help you in no time. The chicken is moist and juicy and there are green onions, garlic, soy sauce for layers of flavors. My favorites are the bits of scrambled eggs. Fried rice just isn’t fried rice without those scrambled bits of eggs that I go searching for and devour them first. It’s such an easy and healthy weeknight dinner you can whip up in no time and the leftovers are great for next day. #friedrice #chillichicken #quickandeasy #yummy #happycooking #sugaspicediaries For more recipes , PLEASE SUBSCRIBE TO MY CHANNEL : /channel/UCDviRZ_cSee6H6pUYYw9oOA?view_as=subscriber For the Chilly Chicken : INGREDIENTS FRY 👇 Chicken - 1kg Ginger garlic paste - 1.5tbsp Pepper - 1 tbsp Salt White vinegar - 1 tsp Egg - 1 Maida - 3 tbsp Cornflour - 4 tbsp Oil - 1/2 tsp FOR GRAVY 👇 Water - 1 Cup Vinegar - 1 Tsp Soy sauce - 3 Tbsp Chilli powder - 2 Tsp Tomato sauce - 1 Tbsp Cornflour - 1.5 Tbsp FOR CHILLY CHICKEN 👇 Ginger and Garlic - Chopped Green Onion Onion - 1 Cubed Capsicum - 1 Cubed Celery For the Fried Rice INGREDIENTS Rice - 2 Cup Chicken Broth - 1 Cup Water sufficient amount Beans - 250 gms Carrot - 2 Nos Onion - 1 No Celery Egg - 2 Soy sauce - 1 tbsp Green chilli sauce - 1 tbsp Shredded chicken METHOD For the Chilly Chicken : Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients and set aside for 30-45mins. Prepare the gravy with all the ingredients without any lumps. Fry the marinated chicken till golden brown. Now lets prepare the chilly chicken , lets heat oil in kadai and saute white springonion along with chopped ginger and garlic. To this add onion (cubed) and capsicum (cubed) and celery. Saute for 2-3mins. Then add the gravy and saute again for 2-3mins. Add remaining chopped spring onion and celery and mix well. Add the chicken to it and mix well. Season it last with a dash of pepper. Chilly chicken is ready and serve hot. 😍 For the Fried Rice Soak the rice in water fr 15-30mins. Cook the rice in broth along with sufficient water. Drain the cooked rice and set aside. Now lets cook the vegetables (Detailed in video). Mix the rice and vegetables along with a dash of soy sauce for flavour. You can add more or less soy sauce based on your preferences. Fried rice is ready.
