In this video, David Goggins and Jocko Willink talk about how our lives are not like the movies and how we must embrace each and every thing that life throws at us. David starts off talking about the turning point in his life when he finally decided to take on the challenge of losing weight and trying to be a Navy Seal. And how he finally passed the ASVAB test on his 3rd try and the feeling that he had when he knew that he passed, Jocko then tells us that life is not like the scenes that we see in movies. He says that theses scenes were created to get an emotional response from the viewers thus they are not real. H e then goes on to say that our lives are better because what is happening to us is what's real.
