Moth beans are are rich in energy, carbohydrate, fat, protein, vitamins and minerals...Indians prepare lots of delicacies using these beans...Moth Bean is used to make many dishes to be eaten with rice or rotis...It can always be sprouted and then be cooked as salads to make a crunchy snack which will make you feel light on stomach...I have tried this soup from moth bean which is healthy, light and filling for stomach...
