@abhinavkulshreshtha58483 years ago I've been on unacademy since an year now and my experience is very good to be honest . I've already tried offline coaching for upsc gate and IES but they charged me fees for 6 months in which I can buy plus subscription 3 times . Also offline coaching doesn't really helps you coz they all given a time line for completing the syllabus in a limited time , and 6-8 hrs classes makes it really difficult also ! While on unacademy I got many options from studying from different educators ! Also if you think it's difficult to select teachers on unacademy then I think being a student you're mature enough to think that which teacher suits you well ! All over unacademy is better . You just need to be truthful to yourself and focus more if you've planned to achieve something ! ... 39

It's an amazing plateform to learn...but the problem is whenever I open Unacademy app I become confuse that which videos or courses should I watch or not..blc of there are so many courses, so many educators but after all it's not a big problem...

@letitbe34944 years ago Why do we need interactions or any sort of physical environment we want to crack particular exam ,trust me coachings etc.are biggest distractions and waste of your time and money ,sit at your home and work hard staying away from all negativities ,nothing can be the best place than your home and having parents around..I don't know how people manages to live in those little dwellings in Delhi with that cacophony all over plus insipid food deteriorating health simultaneously along that feeling of homesickness is that easy to focus on studies under these circumstances? ... 126

@souravdutta61104 years ago I'm from different stream though, not the upsc.....I took csir UGC net subscription and I wouldn't say it didn't help me....it helped me to crack both net and gate but one thing one should understand that this is not a coaching centre or online coaching because it is more like online tution that there are many educators and they r teaching the same matter in their own style....so sometimes ....some topic left unchecked and the key problem is time management and the lack of communication between the teachers affect the student....cause sometimes 2/3 teachers whom I prefer they r taking live classes at the same time so we have to choose.....and we have to be smart if we want to utilise the plus subscription because it'll not give you your daily routine unlike other offline or online coaching....you have to make yours!!! That's all guys!!! ... 2

I gave anthe and got 80% scholarship on tution fee and also without it is less than 4-5lakh...and the atmosphere and teachers are the best... I have never met such amazing teachers who not only teaches us but also guide us like guardians.... I am blessed to be there😇😇 ... 9

On the other hand, when you physically go and study in a class it sort of feel a peer pressure and this peer pressure is not always negative rather this peer pressure keeps the drive in you and motivate you everyday! After all, it's not about saving money or spending blindly it's all about clearing the exam. So first judge yourself and decide what category you fall in. Personally I waana say there is whole lot of confusion in unacademy and for a exam like upsc which is all about you writing skills. ... 4

But teaching is good i tried it and you have to convince yourself for this method. If you are a passionate learner you have to believe in it and if you go in classroom they will also do it in a same way... ... 1
