Creamy butter chai recipe
Butter chai is a special chai. Its very creamy and tasty. We all drink chai every day. Its just a usual thing. In the weekend days, we all want something special food. But we don't change tha tea. What if you will get a special chai in the weekend? This recipe will make day. The concept of the chai is sweet and salt taste at the same time equally. We all know when you will make something sweet , we add a pinch of salt for equals the flavor. So the salted butter will do the roll in the chai. If you don't have salted butter . You can add a pinch of salt in it. And a simple pokora recipe. It really a quick and easy recipe. Please try the recipe following the same procedure. Moong dal pakora :
Moong dal - 150 Gm
Onion - 1 Small size
Green chili - 2
Ginger - 1 Inch size
Garlic - 2 Cloves
Coriander leaves - as needed
Carrom seeds - 1/4 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt - as required
Butter chai :
Milk - 500 ml
Tea leaves - 3 Teaspoon
Butter - 1 Small cube (salted butter)
Sugar - 3 Teaspoon
Water - 125 ml
