In today’s video, I'm going to be going over the BEST exercise you can do to tone your entire upper body! For this workout you'll just need a set of dumbbells you can control for each movement. I recommend starting light and then progressively moving up in weight. To perform this movement, follow the steps below: - Stand in Place with a Pair of Dumbbells - Curl Up - Shoulder Press Full Rep - Curl Down - Bend Over and Perform A Row - Drive Elbows Back - Perform A Dumbbell Kickback Keeping Elbows High - Bring Elbows Back Down - Stand Up and Squeeze Your Glutes Repeat for Reps and Sets!
