أستون مارتن تُنتج 25 نسخة من طراز "دي بي 5 كونتينُيوايشن" الشبيه بالسيارة التي إستخدمها "جايمس بوند" في فيلم "الأصبع الذهبي". وهذه الطرازات المُميّزة لن تكون مُرخّصة للقيادة على الطريق، لأنّها مُزوّدة بتجهيزات تعمل بشكل كامل، جرى تطويرها من قبل مُتخصّص بالمُؤثّرات الخاصة لأفلام "بوند". وتشمل هذه التجهيزات دعائم للصدم تفتح من داخل الصادم الأمامي، وغطاء خلفيًا مُقاومًا للرصاص وقابلًا للطيّ، ونظامًا لرشّ زيت زلق. والسيارة الفريدة في نوعها تستفيد أيضًا من لوحات تسجيل دوّارة في الأمام والخلف، بالإضافة إلى نموذج لسلاحين أماميّين، ونموذج لشاشة رادار تعرض خريطة للمُطاردات، إلخ. Aston Martin is building 25 new Continuation DB5s that are modeled after the car used in the James Bond film Goldfinger. These special models won’t be road legal, because it’s filled with fully functional gadgets, which have been developed by a Bond movie effects specialist. The devices vary from battering rams that deploy from the front bumper to a retractable bullet proof rear screen and oil slick delivery system.
