@kathyhennigan78078 months agoAs a single person, cooking such a large casserole is usually what I don't want to do. But I had so much fun putting mine together with the Thrive Life I have had on hand now for sometime was easy. I didn't have the potato cubes so I used freshly dug ones from my garden. I didn't have Thrive spinach so I used fresh broccoli and I didn't even have the Velour sauce but instead substituted Thrive's creamy white sauce. It turned out so good. That is one thing about the Thrive Life products that will work so well. I also had Thrive's mushrooms so threw in a few of those also. I think I am going to have to get another order together and just make a point to use it more often. It pairs so well with fresh veggies from the garden. ...8

@joybrown96008 months agoI made this recipe today for my family, and for a friend up the street. This was a two-family hit! 😋 So I tweaked it to be a Thrive Meal in a Jar. And if anyone cares - a half batch fills a quart jar, and is pretty enough for a gift jar 😊 ...3

@cherylbarcoski82518 months agoI have thrive life as well. You fail to mention or maybe you are not aware but unlike most "survival" or "prepping " foods which are HIGH in salt you can purchase thrive either seasoned or unseasoned like I do. I have kidney disease and must limit my salt intake and thrive allows me to prep healthily! This is an important pearl of wisdom to those who have health issues and can't buy all the things other people can. ...3

@wendyburston31328 months agoSo glad you're making thrive recipe videos. So far we've used the ground beef, broccoli and onions in spaghetti, the peas in stew, and the broccoli in macaroni. We're still at the experimental stage opening one can at a time. But this fall will be trying the pulled pork and chicken. We figure this while year is a test to see how far each can will go meal wise so we know how much we need to stock up for each item. I'm sure some cans go further than others. ...2

I have to becareful of other things, being type 2 diabetic and then there's food and other allergies. I like the brocolli, it is fantastic. I haven't tried the other things, but if they're as good as the brocolli😊😊😊😊 That recipe looks good, but maybe too much milk for me, lactose intollerant. ...2

@HoneyandMe8 months agoThat looked so good, Elizabeth! And so easy! I'm planning a road trip up to our cabin and am making up 'meals in a baggy' from Thrive Life foods for easy and nutritious meals on the road. Just having to wait for the forest fire situation to calm down before I head out. Our cabin, where I'm headed, and where my husband already is, is under threat of a fire and the road north is shut. Praying the rains come and will put this fire out before we lose a cabin. ...1

@Lauren-vd4qe6 months agoI would tweak this recipe to chkn, 1/4 of the potatoes, then 3/4 mxd veggies, some onion n garlic, no melted butter, no cream cheese, and perhaps 4 tablespoons shredded cheese on top, no more. That way it cuts the calories way down and is healthier. I put Club House Chkn spice (no salt) on lots of items, its great stuff. ...
