यसरि बनाउनुस सबै भन्दा स्वादिष्ट अण्डा करी । Amazing Anda Curry Recipe in Nepali | Egg Curry recipe __________________ Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan We need 3 boiled eggs or as you required Add ½ tsp turmeric powder Fry the eggs till it becomes golden in color Add 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 bay leaves Add 1 medium sized onion sliced Add green chilies sliced Add 1 tbsp crushed ginger and garlic 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp cumin and coriander powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp red chili powder (optional) Add 2 medium sized chopped tomatoes Salt as per the taste 2 boiled potatoes (peeled and cut) Now add the fried eggs Add 2 cups water or as required Add chopped cilantro At the end add chopped spring onion (which will enhance the taste of curry) _____________ Thank you for visiting my Chef Suni Channel.
