Here Chana masala is made using easily available ingredients. Chana masala dosa can be made using this recipe. METHOD: Step:1 Add pinch of salt and Cook the Chana to soften it. Then mash half of it. Grind the coconut masala nicely. Step:2 For tempering add mustard,urad dal. Add onion,tomatoes,chilly and curry leaves. Add salt and then allow it to cook for a minute. Now tomatoes are nicely cooked, now add turmeric powder,chilly powder and coriander powder. Make a quick mix and add some water. After some time add mashed Chana, now add salt to required taste. Allow the Chana to mix with gravy.Then add coconut masala paste to gravy. Mix it well then switch off the stove. Now our home style Chana masala is ready for serving.
