The answer is the old fashioned cowboy spirit where having a gun or ten under your pillow, a few in your car and probably also one at your childrens bedroom is considered a human right. Well listen: it is not. In my country, Norway (which millions of Americans origin from) you need do apply to the police first. If you are not juridically fitted for having arms, you shouldn't.
