Vietnamese Style Chicken Wings |Pok pok’s Fish Sauce Chicken Wings l Air Fryer Chicken Wings | Gie Cucina
These chicken wings are sweet and savory, marinated in fish sauce, garlic, and sugar. I always get this signature dish every time I visit Portland. It's delicious and quite addictive! I've been craving for it, but since I cannot travel anytime soon due to this pandemic, I decided to make it at home..😉
I used my Air Fryer because it's a lot easier, but if you don't have one, you may fry the wings in batches on a large pot, until golden and cooked through, with about 2 inches of oil on medium-high heat.

Ingredients:
2 lb Chicken Wings
1 tsp Spicy Chili Crisps or Roasted Chili Paste
Chicken Wings Marinade:
*Garlic Mixture
8 cloves garlic, grind to paste
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup warm water
*Fish Sauce Mixture
1/2 cup Fish Sauce
1/2 cup Sugar
Garlic Mixture, strained
*Chicken Coating
1 cup Rice Flour
1/4 cup Tempura Mix
