Inverted rows (both grips) pronated & supernated (10 to 12 reps)
resistance inverted rows (10 to 12 reps)
pullups 10 to 15 reps (1,2,3, tempo on eccentric)
knee tuck pullups (5 to 6 reps)
supermans (10 to 12 reps)
3 SETS!
